Pere Marquette carferry wheelsman Erhardt Peters never sailed without his camera. Over a period of almost 20 years he captured extraordinary images of life onboard Ludington’s carferries. Peters will share, virtually, an album of his favorite photographs and explain how he always hoped, but never imagined, that his photographs would one day be revered in a museum.
The museum is operated by the Mason County Historical Society, which also operates the nearby Historic White Pine Village.
